We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with warm leads, introducing our service packages, and guiding clients through the process from enquiry to onboarding.
This role focuses on promoting international support services and customised professional programmes that help individuals prepare for global opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in our international service programmes.
Follow up on incoming leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Present service packages in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
Understand client needs and recommend the appropriate support solutions.
Track all conversations, feedback, and sales performance using CRM tools.
Achieve individual monthly targets for conversions and qualified sales.
Work closely with the internal advisory and coordination teams to assist clients through their onboarding journey.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
1-2 years of telesales, lead conversion, or CRM-based sales experience.
Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone manner.
Ability to manage objections and build trust with prospective clients.
CRM and basic computer skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ready to join immediately is an advantage.
