Xyvin Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring a
part-time female telecaller
who is fluent in
Hindi and English
for a
remote work-from-home
position. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communication and sales, with a goal-oriented mindset.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls and handling inbound inquiries, playing a key role in customer engagement and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce the company's services.
Clearly explain product/service offerings and answer customer queries.
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer databases.
Follow up with interested leads and assist in closing sales.
Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Must be fluent in
Hindi and English (spoken)
.
Should be
based in UAE
or familiar with the UAE customer base.
Prior experience in
telecalling, telesales, or customer service
preferred.
Must have access to a
mobile phone/laptop
and a
stable internet connection
.
Should possess
strong communication skills
, a
positive attitude
, and
self-motivation
to work independently.
Compensation & Growth:
Commission-based: 10-15% on every successful sale closed.
Performance-based growth:
Candidates with excellent performance in the
first 6 months
will be considered for a
permanent role
.
A
