Job Summary: Looking for a Telesales Executive in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Seek for new sales opportunities on a daily basis through cold calling
Keep up a list of potential leads and monitor them
Respond to inquiries concerning services as well as product specifications over the phone
Determine clients\' needs and offer relevant solutions as well as support
Assist in updating the sales database on a daily or weekly basis
Collaborate with the sales team when closing sales
Prepare relevant sales reports and present them to the supervisor
Work towards meeting the set sales targets

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Degree in a relevant course
At least 2+ years of experience working as telesales executive or in a similar position
Must be able to meet targets
Good communication and customer service skills required
Ability to work well with the computer applications
Excellent telephone skills required
Candidates from Sharjah are preferred
Fluency in English is a must
Strong sales and marketing skills required
