Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Clearly explain loan/finance products and resolve customer queries in Kannada.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales/telecalling or a similar sales role.
Fluency in
Kannada (mandatory)
. Hindi/English knowledge will be an advantage.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
