Proven experience in
Telesales or Customer Service
. Industry experience inInterior Design, Real Estate, or Construction
is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads. Present company products and services clearly and persuasively. Maintain and update client databases and sales records. Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support overall sales growth.
Interview Process:
Pre-screen + Voice Script Assessment Interview with Sales Manager One-day trial in the call centre office (paid if selected) Successful candidates will begin on
1-month paid probation
