Telesales- H.R. Representative: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele sales HR Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. -You will be responsible to make Calls daily basis and fix appointments from provided company's data base by finding the right company requirement on hiring and vacancies. - Contact potential customers and candidate to inform them about a service and checking their requirements according to our services - Responsible to fix appointments for sales Executive once the client informed the full requirements. -Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements. - Handling External email communication such as sending company profile to companies and follow up for business appointments. - As HR: - Good understanding of processes, Good analysis and interpretation skills. End-to-End Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Short listing, Interviewing, Negotiating, Closing the position). - Screening the resumes, Sourcing, Short listing and downloading the relevant CVs from various channels such as references, company's own database through advertisement via Job Portals i.e. Indeed, Monster gulf, Naukri gulf, and Professional Networking tools such as LinkedIn, Face book and through Google. -Saving the resumes and all other database in organize manner for company record. - Screening the resumes and shortlisting the candidates, calling them for initial Interview and to get registered with us by filling the company registration form. -Conduct interview by briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. -Once shortlisted send the candidates to Client company for final round of interview and coordinate with client about final outcome. -To perform the job in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree. -Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. -Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. - Excellent knowledge of English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
