Responsibilities:
Take inbound, outbound calls, answer questions and document activities in CRM.
Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
Assist with sales activities and managing databases.
Gather and maintain sales data in CRM, including details of customers.
Perform all assigned duties.
Requirements:
1. We are looking for immediate joiners.
2. Excellent written and verbal skills. 3. Basic knowledge of Computer (MS excel will be a plus)
4. Ability to commute/relocate.
Education: High School or Equivalent
Experience: 1+ year in tele sales
Language: English (Mandatory)
Extra Preferred languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam
