Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing front office operations, supporting patient services, and ensuring smooth communication within the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and callers in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Prepare and manage routine administrative documents and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and accounts, including personal and financial information. Ensure timely filing and retrieval of treatment information. Coordinate communication between patients, families, and the medical team to provide information on services, procedures, and protocols. Maintain professional relationships with physicians, nurses, labs, and other support service providers. Monitor inventory levels, track supplies, and manage deliveries and stock records. Analyze data to anticipate supply needs and optimize inventory processes. Perform general clerical duties such as sorting and distributing mail, managing correspondence, and organizing files. Ensure compliance with organizational protocols and standard operating procedures. Support team goals by taking initiative and completing related tasks as required. Carry out additional duties as assigned from time to time.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
