. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and sales conversion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company products/services.
Communicate fluently in
English
to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to close sales.
Maintain an up-to-date record of calls and customer details using internal CRM tools.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for client acquisition.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Female candidates

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in proficient in
English

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus.
