As a Telesales Executive for an Educational Institute, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the institute\'s educational programme and services over the phone to potential customers. Your job description may include the following: 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, or educational institutions to generate leads and promote the institute\'s programme and services. 2. Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. 3. Identifying the needs of potential customers and recommending suitable courses or services that meet their requirements. 4. Building and maintaining a database of leads and customers and ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate. 5.
