Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Contact potential clients through outbound & Inbound calls to introduce our manpower supply services and generate sales leads.
Client Interaction:
Provide information about our manpower supply services and answer client queries.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule meetings for the
Sales Executives
and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and preparation for client meetings.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Documentation:
Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts as needed.
Qualifications:
Language:
Proficiency in
Hindi
(Required).
Experience:
Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the manpower supply or recruitment industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
