Job Summary

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of

Female Telecaller

to join our outbound sales team. The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and professional, with strong communication skills and a persuasive approach. A minimum of one year of experience in outbound telecalling or telesales is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team as required Clearly and accurately explain products and services to potential clients Maintain detailed and up-to-date call records and customer information Follow up with leads to support conversions and achieve sales targets Provide communication and basic administrative support to the sales team
Candidate Requirements

Languages:

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tagalog

Experience:

Minimum of one year in outbound telecalling or telesales Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities A well-organized, confident, and goal-oriented attitude
Benefits

Fixed salary between

AED 3,000 and AED 4,000
