Tele Sales - Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain company products and services clearly. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain a positive and professional communication tone. Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update customer records in the database/CRM. Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns effectively. Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and promotions. Coordinate with the sales team and report daily activities to the supervisor. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
