in immigration consultancy and be fluent in
one or more of the following languages
: Malayalam, Sinhala, Tamil, Hindi, Punjabi, or English.
As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with potential clients, providing accurate immigration advice, and converting leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily inbound and outbound sales calls
Follow up with assigned leads and convert them into clients
Provide accurate information about immigration programs
Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Maintain client records in the CRM system
Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals
Create short video content for company social media (as required)
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Minimum 3-6 months of experience
in immigration sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle multiple client inquiries professionally
Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to appear in short social media videos (optional but preferred)
