The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and experienced in telephone-based sales, preferably in SaaS or HR/payroll software.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
outbound telesales calls
to potential leads and existing clients
Follow up
on warm leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Clearly communicate the
features and benefits of our HRM & Payroll software
Log all interactions and outcomes
accurately in CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to meet
monthly and quarterly targets
Handle client questions and escalate when necessary
Assist in scheduling product demo meetings (if needed) for interested leads
Provide daily/weekly reports on call outcomes and conversion metrics
Requirements:

in English and at least one other language (e.g., Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, etc.)
Strong
phone etiquette
and confident telephone presence
Previous experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
(preferably B2B)

SaaS or HRM & Payroll software
is a strong advantage
