Application Assistance
: Guide clients through the preparation, organization, and submission of immigration documents, including forms, evidence gathering, and required medical or background checks; ensure all paperwork meets regulatory standards.
Remote Case Management
: Monitor application progress remotely, follow up with authorities via email or online systems, and update clients on status changes or policy updates.
Policy Expertise and Updates
: Stay current with evolving immigration laws, visa regulations, and international policies; research and interpret changes to advise clients effectively.
Advocacy and Support
: Advocate on behalf of clients during appeals or complications; offer emotional support and resources for integration into the new country.
Sales and Lead Generation (if applicable)
: In some roles, handle inbound inquiries, promote immigration services, and upsell related products like relocation packages.
Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain detailed, confidential records of client interactions and cases using digital tools; generate reports on caseloads and outcomes.
