Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Market search and building new data leads based on specific criteria. Maintain and update customer databases. Registration data process. Conducting weekly achievement report. Preparing database inventory reports and data analytics. Communicate with target customers to promote the company services. Completing the daily telemarketing (Outbound/inbound) calls and follow up e-mails. Answering client queries about events registration and assist them accordingly. Tracking registration figures to ensure the company meets sales quotas. Conducting customer's feedback report. Using a customer relationship management (CRM) system Conducting weekly CRM report. Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.

Required Experience, Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive, Tele sales and data management. In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics Good Knowledge and use of LinkedIn and other SM platforms, Awareness of digital marketing is also useful Operational use of Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ...) Fluent written and spoken English Tele sales Skills Event/Exhibitions business awareness and understanding of business requirements. Customer-facing skills Good time management, organization and planning skills Communication skills and networking ability Ability to think creatively and analytically Driven and self-motivation
