We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably within the recruitment or HR services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background along with a basic understanding of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote recruitment or consultancy services
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals
Explain service offerings clearly and confidently to potential clients
Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand ongoing client requirements
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales leads, and client interactions
Schedule meetings for senior consultants with interested prospects
Requirements:
2-3 years of telesales experience (mandatory)
Basic understanding of the recruitment process is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
