The ideal candidate should be fluent in
English and Hindi
, with
Malayalam as a strong advantage.
Arabic is a plus.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Candidates on dependent or spouse visas will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Follow-up & Sales Closure:
Call and follow up
with potential customers who have shown interest through advertisements.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Convert inquiries into sales
by providing the right information and handling objections.
Ensure timely follow-ups to keep leads engaged and increase conversion rates.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Keep customers informed about promotions, discounts, and new offerings.
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction.
3. Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM system.
Provide daily updates on lead status and sales progress to management.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion strategies.
Requirements:
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Fluency in
English and Hindi (Required)
Malayalam (Preferred), Arabic (Plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Confidence in handling customer calls and closing sales.
Ability to work in a
target-driven environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred but not required).
