Telesales Executive
Job Description
Tele Sales Representative who is proactive, self-driven, well organized, and friendly to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and keeping track of customer expectations and recurring issues. Job Responsibilities: 1- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately, via phone, email, or chat. 2- Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues. 3- Check the missing documents required for renewal and communicate with clients to request them. 4- Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels. 5- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. 6- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to assist. 7- Inform customers about new features and functionalities. Experience:
- telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)
Part-time hours: 25 per week Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- telemarketer: 1 year (Required)
- english,arabic,malayalam, tagalog (Preferred)
