Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining services to customers, and closing sales over the phone.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and/or handle inbound sales calls to prospective customers Present, promote, and sell services using persuasive communication Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales . Follow up with potential and existing customers to maximize sales Handle customer objections professionally and close deals Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role (preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email) Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Education & Experience
Minimum: High School / Graduate (preferred) Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
