We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Telesales Executive
to join our real estate team. The role involves calling potential clients, promoting real estate projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans clearly
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales consultants
Schedule property viewings and meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
Follow up with interested clients and nurture them until closure
Stay updated on current real estate projects and market trends
Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle objections and close leads effectively
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer skills
Experience in UAE real estate telesales is an added advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
