Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive with an engineering background who can effectively communicate technical products/services to prospective customers. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, product explanation, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and persuasive manner
Handle objections and follow up with potential clients
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and field sales teams when required
Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Required Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts simply
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or technical sales
Exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, IT products, or engineering solutions
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
