Telesales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate team in Dubai. The role involves calling company-provided leads, explaining property details, qualifying clients, and booking viewings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Call fresh and existing real estate leads daily
Explain property details, pricing, and location clearly
Understand client requirements and qualify prospects
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Schedule property viewings and pass hot leads to agents
Maintain proper call records and client details
Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or real estate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage
Ability to handle objections professionally
