We are seeking a dynamic and organized Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business through outbound calls & Follow ups while efficiently managing administrative tasks to support our sales and project teams. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Duties:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Contact potential clients from databases, online sources, and referrals to introduce our fit-out & construction services.
Follow-up & Client Engagement:
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and close deals.
Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research:
Identify and analyse market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback.
Proposal & Quotation Assistance:
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, provide product/service details, and resolve concerns professionally.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the business development and sales teams to strategize on sales growth.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and cold/warm leads.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain organized records of project files, client data, and supplier details.
Manage and update internal records and communication logs.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders when needed.
Support HR and procurement tasks when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales and administration, preferably in the interior fit-out or contracting industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Well-organized with strong time-management skills.
