We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven
Telecaller / Telesales Executive
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, promoting services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
Explain company services clearly and confidently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Prior experience in
telesales, telecalling, or any sales role
is preferred
Must be confident and fluent in
telephonic communication
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented with good relationship management skills
Experience or knowledge in
Immigration Consultancy
or
Hospitality background
is an advantage
Language Requirements:
English is compulsory
Second language required (any one or more):
