Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided data
Explain company financial products, platforms, and services in a clear manner
Understand client requirements and guide them toward suitable account options
Follow up with interested clients to support the onboarding process
Maintain accurate call records and client details in the CRM system
Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets
Assist clients with basic account opening and documentation queries
Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
Stay updated on company offerings and basic market knowledge
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification
0-3 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or sales support
Good communication skills in
English & Hindi
(Arabic is an advantage)
Confident phone presence with convincing abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills may apply
