Telesales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services
Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Stay updated on product details, pricing, and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
Positive attitude and strong customer focus
