We are looking for high-energy, result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our expanding Business Development team. You will be working directly under our Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and reach out to potential clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services/products.
Maintain a consistent call volume to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets.
Accurately record customer details and lead status in our database.
Schedule meetings for the BDM and field sales team.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a "can-do" attitude.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in Telesales or Call Centers (UAE experience preferred).
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Additional languages like Hindi, Tagalog or Arabic are a plus).
Skills:
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to handle rejection with a positive mindset.
Education:
Minimum Higher Secondary School Certificate (Degree preferred).
