Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Promote company products/services and close sales over the phone
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Accurately record customer interactions in CRM systems
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented with a positive and competitive mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage)
