We are looking for motivated and results-driven
Telesales Executives
to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contacting and qualifying potential clients for our sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Promote company products and services clearly and confidently
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions if required
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities
Handle customer objections and inquiries professionally
Follow up with leads to maximize conversion
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, call center, or customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong listening and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
