We are looking for a
motivated Tele Sales Executive
to connect with prospective and existing clients, promote our solutions, and help grow our business. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer needs, handling inquiries, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers
Present, promote, and sell SamTech' telematics and GPS solutions
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth onboarding
Provide basic after-sales support
Requirements:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Confidence and resilience in handling objections
Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems preferred
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
Experience in telematics, GPS, or IoT solutions is a plus
Additional International language skills an advantage but not essential.
Confident, self-motivated and commission driven.
