Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services. Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and close sales. Maintain and update customer data in CRM / ERP system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for order processing and delivery. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. Follow up on pending payments, LPOs, and repeat orders. Prepare basic sales reports and call logs.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role Excellent communication skills in

English

(Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage) Strong convincing and negotiation skills Target-oriented with a positive attitude Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in B2B sales, packaging, food service, or consumables. Knowledge of UAE market and corporate customers.
