Tele Sales Executives
to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining immigration services, and converting leads into successful registrations.Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional consultation and guidance on immigration, work permits, visas, permanent residency, and related matters. Assess clients' eligibility and advise on suitable immigration programs. Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents to relevant authorities. Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and government policies. Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case progress. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation. Handle client queries, concerns, and provide solutions with professionalism. Ensure ethical practices and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Fluency in English and Malayalam Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM handling).
