Job Description

:



Make outbound calls to buyers and investors from provided databases. Get property listings form Owners and Properties for the group of companies. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate marketing solutions. Get all the details of property accordingly Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales agents. Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely conversions. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts

Education:



Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:



1 year minimum in Real Estate Tele- Sales.

Language:



English (Required) Hindi/Arabic (Preferred)

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
