ROI and capital appreciation
Handover timelines
Pitch leasing properties by explaining:
Rental price
Unit features
Cheque terms
Availability status
2. Appointment & Follow-Up Management
Schedule:
Site visits
Property viewings
Developer meetings
Coordinate with sales and leasing agents to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Conduct systematic follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Record client feedback after site visits or viewings
3. Property Listing & Inventory Management
Collect property details from:
Owners
Inventory controllers
Sales team
Verify and maintain accurate information including:
Unit size
Rent / price
Availability
Photos and descriptions
Upload and update listings on:
Property portals
Company CRM
Ensure:
No duplicate listings
Correct pricing
Real-time availability updates
Coordinate with internal teams to deactivate sold or rented units promptly
4. CRM & Documentation
Maintain detailed records in CRM including:
Call logs
Lead status
Follow-up schedules
Appointment outcomes
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
Ensure data accuracy for management review and decision-making
