Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and professionally
Generate new leads and follow up on existing inquiries
Maintain and update customer database
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing ability and positive attitude
Good command of English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil is must.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
