This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Dubai (Business-Bay). The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone to sell real estate properties, providing excellent customer service, offering detailed property information, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
Additional tasks include handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining an updated customer database, and achieving sales targets. The role requires active collaboration with the sales team and continuous participation in training sessions to stay updated on market trends and offerings.
Conduct outbound calls to promote real estate properties and our services
Develop relationships with clients and provide a strong follow-up
Present and promote our products to potential client
Creating listings for the secondary team
Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and sales outcomes in CRM
