ST Courier is looking for a
Female Telesales cum Customer Service Executive
to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Convert leads into scheduled bookings and follow up on pending inquiries.
Update customer records, maintain call logs, and track follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations and branches to ensure smooth service delivery.
Resolve customer issues quickly and ensure high service satisfaction.
Prepare quotations and assist in daily customer communication.
Qualifications
Female candidates only.
Experience in
telesales, customer service, or call center roles
.
Strong English communication skills; Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high call volumes.
Well-organized with strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
Experience in the courier/logistics industry is a strong plus.
