Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably with a track record of meeting quotas.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in using relevant computer programs, including CRM software (e.g., [Specify CRM]), MS Office Suite, and telephone systems.
Mindset:
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain professional relationships.
