Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and prepare regular reports.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the documentation and sales team to develop new lead-generation strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Telesales, Telemarketing, or Call Center
roles (preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.
Fluency in
English
(other languages is a plus).
