Explain property options (Rent, Off-Plan & Secondary Market)
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain daily call logs and follow-up lists
Convert leads into site visits
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport
Requirements
Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
Previous experience as a telecaller or customer service agent
Basic understanding of Dubai Real Estate market
Ability to handle high-call volume
Positive attitude, confidence & target-driven personality
Must be available in Dubai
