Job Description

Royal Cargo LLC, one of the pioneering logistics service providers based in Dubai is looking for self-motivated Tele-Sales Executives to join the team to further develop its logistics services. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, explaining the benefits of the company's logistics solutions, and assisting customers in arranging their cargo shipments, warehousing, and handling. Your effective communication skills and sales acumen will contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce cargo services/logistics solutions and generate interest. Provide information about shipping options, rates, and delivery timelines. Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers. Develop a strong understanding of the company's cargo services including DGR, logistics solutions and special offerings. Be prepared to answer customer questions and provide accurate information. Craft compelling sales pitches that highlight the benefits of the company's logistics solutions. Tailor your pitch to match the customer's needs and requirements. Provide customers with accurate shipping quotations based on their cargo details, warehousing/handling requirements. Assist customers in booking cargo shipments and guiding them through the process. Follow up with potential leads to gauge their interest and address any additional questions. Maintain a database of leads, interactions, and outcomes. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Strive to increase revenue and contribute to business growth. Ensure proper documentation of sales interactions, bookings, quotations and customer details. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handling of customer needs. Gather feedback from customers to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement. Share insights with the sales and marketing teams. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Identify potential opportunities to enhance the company's cargo services.

Requirements



High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous. Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service, preferably in the cargo or logistics industry. Strong communication and persuasion skills for effective sales conversations. Customer-focused attitude and ability to address customer needs and concerns. Positive and resilient attitude in a target-driven environment. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with cargo services, shipping procedures, and logistics terminology. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is beneficial. Availability to work flexible hours based on customer time zones.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - (Medical + Air ticket)
