Contact potential and existing and new customers by phone, email, or messaging platforms to promote and sell products or event participation.
Present product or event features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Manage and update the customer database.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to build long-term relationships.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
2 years of telesales or customer service experience
(preferably in UAE).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in
English
(Arabic, Hindi, or other languages are an advantage).
Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary:
AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 (depending on experience)
