Position: Telesales Executive

Salary: AED 3,400 + Attractive Monthly Commission

Working Hours: 8 hours

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Etisalat postpaid plans and offers. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and sales techniques. Follow up with interested customers to close the sale. Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, and call outcomes. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Languages: English + Arabic/Hindi/Urdu. Visa Status: Visit Visa / Sponsor Visa / Own Visa (preferred). Excellent communication and telephone handling skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Must be able to commute reliably to Al Nahda 1, Dubai. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
