Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications



Experience:

Proven experience (1 years minimum) as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a clear, engaging, and professional telephone manner.

Resilience:

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and maintain a positive, high-energy attitude under pressure.

Sales Acumen:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).

Goal-Oriented:

A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
