Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively initiate

outbound calls

to potential clients Identify and qualify leads through

active listening

and smart questioning Use CRM tools to

track and manage leads

efficiently Build strong

rapport

with clients to understand their real estate needs Share accurate information on

properties, market trends

, and investment opportunities

Schedule appointments

for clients to view properties or consult with our experts Deliver persuasive

sales pitches

highlighting our projects' value proposition Handle objections with professionalism and product knowledge Maintain regular follow-ups to

nurture leads

and build trust Collaborate with the sales team to

transition leads

into active sales Stay updated on

market trends

, property prices, and industry developments Educate clients to help them make

informed real estate decisions


Language Requirements

Fluent in English + Sesotho + isiZulu +Afrikaans


? What We're Looking For:



Experience in

tele-sales, call center

, or

real estate sales

preferred Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools
