The Expert Advice is a dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses.

We are currently seeking a skilled Telesales Executive with minimum experience of 1 year in sales industry with a compelling sales pitch to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads. Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong knowledge of our offerings. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English with customers to understand their needs. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns. Work in a target-driven environment and contribute to achieving team goals.

Requirements:

Fluent in both Hindi and English (written and spoken). Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone. Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required. Own Visa can also apply ( Female Only )

Salary :- Up to 3000 AED + Commission. ( Depend on interview and Exp )

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday : 9.30 AM - 6.30PM

Sunday: Closed
