Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive ERP Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our ERP solutions, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of business software, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Absolute ERP products and services.

Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable ERP modules.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Provide regular reports on call activities and pipeline development.

Requirements



Minimum 1-3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (ERP/Software sales preferred).

Strong communication and convincing skills (English essential; Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is a plus).

Ability to understand and explain software solutions (training will be provided).

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with target-based work.

Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
