Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls to potential clients.
2. Qualify leads by understanding their real estate needs, budget, and timeline.
3. Provide information on available properties, market trends, and real estate services.
4. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
5. Guide clients through the real estate buying or selling process, closing deals effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications



Customer Service skills and experience Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative

Note:


Own Visa is preferable

Telesales : 6 months experience (Preferred)

Female candidates are preferred


Ability to Commute:

Dubai (Required)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
